Absolutely. We are retailers, autorised by all the brands available on the website.

Do I have to pay Duty and Tax?
GRIFO210 ships within the EU using DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) delivery method. The customer will not be charged with any surtax.
If you are not an EU resident, GRIFO210 ships using DAP (Delivery At Place) delivery method. The customer is responsible for paying import duties and any applicable taxes, in order to get the goods once the shipment has arrived at the specified destination.

What’s the return policy?
GRIFO210 will refund the customer the entire amount already paid for goods returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
Shipping costs of returning goods are free only for reasons imputable to GRIFO210, DHL or manifacturing faults attributable to suppliers.

Returning items must not be worn, damaged, used; they must be provided with all the labels and original packaging.
Where is my refund?
Refunds are issued on the same source that you used to purchase the products initially. The time to view the refund depends on the provider that allowed the payment, it usually takes up to 10 working days.
You can track your package through its tracking number provided by ourcourier. Once the goods will be received and accepted, we will send youan e-mail to confirm the refund.
In order to make the orverall refund process as fast as possible, make sure to be returning items that meet our Policy requirements.

Sipping costs and return shipping costs will always be free in Italy.
(Europe) Shipping costs are free for orders over 300€.
(Extra-EU) Shipping costs are free for orders over 500€.
When will I receive my item and how can I track my parcel?
All the orders are shipped by DHL courier.
Once the order has been confirmed, your item will be shipped whithin 2 working days. The delivery peirod is 2-7 working days from the date of purchase depending on both delivery location and delivery method selected.
