• How to Purchase

    To make a purchase on Grifo210 is very simple.

    You can search on the homepage of the website or in the catalogue and click on the image of the product chosen to view the related product's information sheet.

    Product information sheet::
    Inside the product information sheet you can visualize the details of the selected item and view the enlarged pictures of the item using the zoom. In the product information sheet you'll find the information about the model, description and price. Where required, you will have to select the size before continuing with the purchase.

    Cart:
    In the cart page you can view the items selected, the quantity and their total cost.
    By clicking on “Proceed with order” you can continue your purchase process. To complete the order you will have to fill out the “Checkout” page, following the steps indicated: on the same page you will be able to view the progress of your order.
    Your purchase information will all be summarized at the end of the checkout phase and once the order is placed it will not be possible to make any amendments to your order.
    Once the order is placed you will receive a confirmation email with a summary and an order code.
    To make the process faster and simpler for our clients, the purchase process can be completed even without the requirement to register.

  • Shipping

    Orders placed on Grifo210 are shipped with DHL and UPS courier.
    At the moment of shipping, a tracking number will be sent so that you can track the progress of the delivery.

    Orders are fulfilled immediately after the availability of the item and the payment have been verified.
    In case of mistakes, the amount charged can be refunded. Orders are delivered within 1-3 working days to Italy and within 2-5 working days to the rest of the world, depending on the delivery zone and the time at which the order has been placed or payment received.

    The goods will arrive directly at the place indicated and for deliveries to European Union member states do not have to pay anything in addition to the amount paid at the time of the order, while shipments to countries outside Europe, the courier might come with a separate invoice which requires the payment of duties and taxes charged by local authorities.

    It is possible to pay by credit card, Paypal or money transfer.

    Credit card
    We accept the major credit cards, including Visa and Mastercard.
    The transaction is secure and hosted by the server of Banca Sella (https://www.sella.it/): we don't trace or store our customers credit card details.

    PayPal
    It is possible to pay by Paypal using your Paypal account or your credit card. Transactions are secure and hosted by Paypal servers (http://www.paypal.com): we do not trace or save client data. Orders processed and paid by Paypal will be shipped exclusively to the shipping address specified on the Paypal account.

    Bank transfer
    If the customer chooses to pay by bank transfer, at the end of the buying process we will automatically send a confirmation mail containing all the bank details and instructions on how to complete the purchase process. The order will be confirmed and processed as soon as the credit is visible on our bank account.

  • Terms of Return

    It is only possible to request the return of a purchased product in the following cases (pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005):

    • The request must be made within 14 days from the order date.

    To initiate the return procedure, you must create a request via the "request a return" item in the footer.

    Acceptance of returned goods only takes place in the following cases (pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005):

    • The product must be undamaged and unused;
    • The tag accompanying the product and/or the seal must not have been removed;
    • The return of the product purchased online must be carried out exclusively by following this procedure.

    Following verification of the existence of the above conditions, we will refund the amount paid within 10 working days at the latest. In the absence of the aforementioned conditions, the product will be returned to the sender and the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    By ordering on Grifo210 your security is guaranteed. During the purchase process, every page is designed to handle the credit card transaction and is protected by the latest version of the SSL protocol (Secure Socket Layer).

    That means that all the financial information – credit card number, expiry date, etc – are previously encrypted through a particularly solid and powerful algorithm and only afterwards is this information forwarded to the network.

    The moment your credit card data is inserted, the financial information related to your credit card will be sent directly to the secure site of the bank. Neither ourselves or anybody else can ever have access to the data of your credit card, in order to always guarantee maximum security.

    WE NEVER STORE THE DETAILS OF OUR CUSTOMER’S CREDIT CARDS
    The purchase can be made only by the cardholder, whose name and address must match the name and address of the purchaser. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to request additional guarantees to the purchaser or to refuse the order.
