  • Do I have to pay Duty and Tax?

    GRIFO210 ships within the EU using DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) delivery method. The customer will not be charged with any surtax.

    If you are not an EU resident, GRIFO210 ships using DAP (Delivery At Place) delivery method. The customer is responsible for paying import duties and any applicable taxes, in order to get the goods once the shipment has arrived at the specified destination.

  • What’s the return policy?

    It is only possible to request the return of a purchased product in the following cases (pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005):

    The request must be made within 14 days from the order date.

    To initiate the return procedure, you must create a request via the “request a return” option in the footer.

    Acceptance of returned goods only takes place in the following cases (pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005):

    The product must be undamaged and unused.

    The tag accompanying the product and/or the seal must not have been removed.

    The return of the product purchased online must be carried out exclusively by following this procedure.


    Exclusions from Returns

    For hygiene reasons, underwear and jewelry cannot be returned.

    Shipping costs paid for delivery are non-refundable once a return has been processed.

    Return Shipping Costs

    Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount as follows:

    Italy: Free

    European Union: €10

    Rest of the World: €18

    Shipping and Costs

    Italy: Free shipping for orders over €500.

    Sale items: Shipping costs are always applied and do not count toward the free shipping threshold.

    Refunds

    Once we verify that the above conditions have been met, we will process your refund within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the item.

    If the conditions are not met, the product will be returned to the sender, and the return shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

    Failed Delivery and Additional Charges

    If the shipment is refused or the customer is unavailable for delivery after three attempts, all customs and shipping costs will be charged to the customer and deducted from the refund.

  • Where is my refund?

    Refunds are issued on the same source that you used to purchase the products initially. The time to view the refund depends on the provider that allowed the payment, it usually takes up to 10 working days.

    You can track your package through its tracking number provided by ourcourier. Once the goods will be received and accepted, we will send youan e-mail to confirm the refund.

    In order to make the orverall refund process as fast as possible, make sure to be returning items that meet our Policy requirements.

    In Italy, shipping is free for orders over €500.

    All the orders are shipped by DHL and UPS courier.
