Do I have to pay Duty and Tax?
GRIFO210 ships within the EU using DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) delivery method. The customer will not be charged with any surtax.
If you are not an EU resident, GRIFO210 ships using DAP (Delivery At Place) delivery method. The customer is responsible for paying import duties and any applicable taxes, in order to get the goods once the shipment has arrived at the specified destination.

What’s the return policy?
It is only possible to request the return of a purchased product in the following cases (pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005):
- The request must be made within 14 days from the order date.
To initiate the return procedure, you must create a request via the "request a return" item in the footer.
Acceptance of returned goods only takes place in the following cases (pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005):
- The product must be undamaged and unused;
- The tag accompanying the product and/or the seal must not have been removed;
- The return of the product purchased online must be carried out exclusively by following this procedure.
Following verification of the existence of the above conditions, we will refund the amount paid within 10 working days at the latest. In the absence of the aforementioned conditions, the product will be returned to the sender and the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Where is my refund?
Refunds are issued on the same source that you used to purchase the products initially. The time to view the refund depends on the provider that allowed the payment, it usually takes up to 10 working days.
You can track your package through its tracking number provided by ourcourier. Once the goods will be received and accepted, we will send youan e-mail to confirm the refund.
In order to make the orverall refund process as fast as possible, make sure to be returning items that meet our Policy requirements.
